The PAC I style is favorable because of it's one piece construction (plus added shoulder inserts). The PAC I hood fits like a second layer of skin. The added shoulder inserts provides extra shoulder protection.
The PAC IA style is the most economical hood that we offer (without taking away the integrity of the hood or it's purpose). The PAC IA hood fits like a second layer of skin. The notched shoulder allows for proper drape, yet doesn't restrict movement.
The PAC II style is our most popular style of fire retardant hoods. The notched shoulder allows for proper drapage for added protection across the chest area. The longer length (3 inches longer than NFPA requires) assures that this hood will stay tucked inside other required equipment.
The PAC IIA style is constructed with a circular bib, a classic style with double layer coverage with an overall length of 18". The minimum NFPA length allows for proper drape - material will not bunch up. |
The PAC III style is the maximum double layer coverage hood we offer. The notched shoulder with shoulder insert allows for proper drapage for added protection across the chest and shoulder areas. The longer length (3 inches longer than NFPA requires) assures that this hood will stay tucked inside other required equipment.
The PAC IX style is our military spec'ed hood. No matter what area of service you are in, no matter what the elements are, these hoods have unmatched performance which sets them apart in the field. Top notched hoods at an exceptional value.
If you want a hood that seperates you from others on the field, then check out our specialty hoods.
